The SLUPLift is a mini-suture facelift. The lift starts with a small incision in front of the earlobe and elevation of the skin just in front of the earlobe. The muscle (SMAS) is then threaded in a loop fashion to tighten the jowl area. This procedure is done under local anesthesia and recovery time is 5 days. The advantage of the SLUPLift over other facelift threading procedures is: permanent suturing of the muscle for longevity of results with only a tiny incision in front of the earlobe resulting in minimal swelling, little or no bruising and no visible scarring.

The SLUPlift mini-suture facelift has become a very popular option for patients who want a more youthful look, but have little time to spare from work and other normal activities. There is very minimal swelling and almost no bruising associated with the SLUPLift!  There is generally little or no discomfort and patients are able to return to work the next day!
